CMS Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a skilled lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We have been in the plumbing and HVAC industry for 50 years servicing our customers with integrity and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in HVAC installation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
Ductless installation knowledge
Properly completes all paperwork required for each job
Maintains a clean and neat company vehicle
Maintains a clean and professional job site
Demonstrates effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and customer service
Attends group meetings and trainings
Job Requirements
Prior heating and cooling experience in the residential setting
Positive attitude
Demonstrates excellent communication skills
Ability to delegate tasks to coworkers to get projects finished in a timely and efficient manner
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively on a team
Minimum of three years of field experience in the HVAC industry
Must have EPA certification
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
