Responsibilities
Frame, install, and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and uphold high standards
Troubleshoot and problem-solve with creativity and efficiency
Mentor junior carpenters and model professionalism
Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers
Qualifications
5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
Ability to read plans, confidently use tools, and build with precision
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Personal hand tools and a valid driver's license
Pride in your work and a professional approach to every job
Bonus Skills
Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
Interest in energy-efficient or sustainable building practices

Pay: $30-$39/hour, based on experience
