
Microbiology Technician

Overview
We’re looking to hire a talented Microbiology Laboratory Technician to help develop innovative treatments for chronic diseases.
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr | Location: Dayton, OH | Shift: 1st shift
Responsibilities
Perform environmental monitoring in aseptic, classified, and controlled areas (routine, batch, quarterly EM).
Direct support of the manufacturing schedule, which may include overtime, weekend or shift work, and holidays.
Perform utilities monitoring (WFI, CLST, PW, RO, CAIR, NIT, PWTR) and testing (Endotoxin, TOC, Conductivity, Nitrates, Bioburden).
Enumerate organisms on cultured media for environmental monitoring and utility samples.
Review routine paperwork.
Perform basic lab tasks such as hood cleans, autoclave operation, dry heat oven use, and general lab cleans.
Education & Experience Requirements
High School diploma minimum with 2 years of relevant industry experience
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science
Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
