The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. This role prioritizes swing bed patients while also supporting a broad patient population across all age groups.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 1-2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient therapy settings
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with swing bed (SNF) patients
Experience treating diverse age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics)
Strong patient care and communication skills
Work Environment
Hospital Rehabilitation Department
Covers Inpatient, Outpatient, and Swing Bed services
Onsite role in Kermit, TX
Additional Requirements
Must be comfortable managing diverse patient population
Ability to prioritize swing bed patient care
Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
