About the Role:
Join RIGHT GUYS HEATING & AIR as an HVAC Installer Helper and kickstart your career in the heating and cooling industry! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead installer in installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
Help with the setup and removal of heating and cooling equipment.
Ensure job sites are clean and organized before, during, and after installations.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC issues under supervision.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
Support inventory management by assisting with the organization of tools and materials.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.
Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools is a plus.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
