Summary Description
Reporting to the Process Leader, the Process Technician I supports the setup and operation of thermoforming machines. This role is hands‑on and plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient production while maintaining quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Follow direction from Lead Technicians to set up and operate thermoforming machines
Check all tooling for compliance prior to installation
Use measuring devices to verify material, product quality, and machine setup
Load raw materials and support machine operation
Assist and fill in for packers as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Support general production needs as assigned

You can read, write, and understand English
You can follow both written and verbal production instructions
You have experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or digital indicators
You have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine functions
You can accurately record and maintain production‑related documentation
You are dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
You are willing to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting
