DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role you will serve as the Supervisor of the Cash Receipts Unit with responsibility for supervising the recording of the Fine Wine & Good Spirits 600+ stores, 13 Licensee Sales Centers (LSC's), and the ECommerce location daily receipts; and assisting in the reconciliation of several tender types. This position is also responsible for assisting with the coordination of courier and banking services supporting the PLCB's operations. Additional duties include:
- Assisting with the research of store errors for post voids, receipt issues, and credit card transaction funding to determine proper resolution including the preparation of incident tickets to the Sales Audit team
- Monitoring requests for changes in Store Operation Funds
- Providing instruction to stores in conjunction with management to satisfy store operating needs
- As part of supervisory activities, monitoring Non-Sufficient Funds returns and invoice creation
- Tracking aging of invoices for follow-up or escalation to Management for collection activities

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- This position requires travel as needed.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. You will be required to report to the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg on Tuesday each week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Commonwealth's Accounting Intern Program; or
- One year as a Financial Programs Trainee; or
- One year as a Fiscal Technician, and fifteen college credits in accounting; or
- Five years of Bookkeeping experience and fifteen college credits in accounting; or
- A Bachelor's Degree including or supplemented by fifteen credits in accounting.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
