Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, transferring, and ambulating
Collaborate with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in routine care conferences and staff meetings to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of New York
Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as move around the facility with ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
