Position Overview
Full‑time position at SAFE, a residential, trauma‑informed shelter program for adults harmed by domestic violence and their children, located in Kent and Sussex Counties.
Responsibilities
Manage the program database and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Teach and assist staff with database usage.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and necessary repairs for shelters and vehicles.
Respond to hotline calls and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes residents' well‑being.
Qualifications
Experience in data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
Must have a Delaware driver’s license and be able to drive.
Ability to work at two shelters, flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Preferred experience working in trauma‑informed programs.
