First Gold Gaming Resort in Spearfish, SD is seeking a Club Center and Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and members at both the Club Center and Hotel Front Desk. Responsibilities include greeting guests and members in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with check-ins and check-outs at the Hotel Front Desk, answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries, assisting with reservations and booking arrangements, keeping the Club Center and Front Desk area clean and organized, providing information on resort amenities and activities, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, assisting with resolving guest complaints or issues, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements include previous customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
