Description
Trinity Grove is seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator (3240 hours/week) to ensure adequate staffing for the facility.
Regular hours are MondayFriday, with some weekend coverage required.
The pay range will be discussed upon interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain master nursing staff schedules for all shifts (e.g., days, evenings, nights, Baylor).
Address call-outs and uncovered positions by coordinating with employees, PRN/on-call teammates, and the Trinity Support Team.
Keep updated contact lists for nursing team members and emergency numbers.
Manage scheduling systems, facilitate onboarding and orientation, and process related administrative tasks.
Monitor attendance, assist with disciplinary actions, and maintain teammate files.
Track certifications and license renewals as needed; generate daily staffing reports.
Order nursing supplies and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
North Carolina CNA Certification
Experience with staff scheduling and coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to move throughout the facility, bend and reach, and sit at a computer for extended periods.
