Pay Range:
$130,486.45 – $166,369.08 annually, depending on experience.

Position Responsibilities
Maintain optimal patient care, safety, and excellent patient experience.
Engage patients in detailed clinical counseling, assessment, and monitoring, addressing inquiries.
Complete clinical and quality control checks on prescriptions.
Conduct provider outreach for appropriate therapy.
Stay current on clinical topics and incorporate them into practice.
Assist with employee training, preceptorship, and projects.
Support leadership and quality program staff for effective execution.
Supervise pharmacy support personnel; maintain medication storage, supply chain, and prescription area security.
Provide on-call support to ensure pharmacy security and patient access.
Obtain certifications and licensure in additional states as needed.
Maintain documentation of clinical activities.
Facilitate prescription transfers and verbal prescriptions accurately.
Communicate professionally and positively with patients, providers, and colleagues.
Adhere to all applicable laws and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and dependability.
Problem-solve to promote safe therapy and remove barriers.
Maintain active Oregon Pharmacist license; report violations and changes per regulations.
Comply with HR policies, employee handbook, code of conduct, and other policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education / Experience:
Degree from College of Pharmacy.
Active Oregon Pharmacist license.
Preferred:
4‑6 years related pharmacy experience.
1+ year in specialty pharmacy.
Certification in Specialty Pharmacy.
Maintain continuing education requirements.
Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with computer applications.
Apply logical or scientific thinking to practical problems.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
Work performed primarily at a desk with extensive keyboard and telephone use.
Business needs may require work beyond 40 hours per week.
Contact with Others
Internally with employees across departments.
Externally with patients, prescribers, payer plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective team collaboration.
Proficiency in workplace software.
Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience.
