Reports To: Guest Services Manager & Rooms Division Manager
Schedule & Details
Status: Seasonal
Schedule: Primarily 2:00 PM 9:00/10:00 PM
Hours: ~816 hours per week
Availability: Weekends and Holidays required
About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first impression guests have of Blue Harbor Resort. You'll create a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience from check-in through check-out, helping guests feel valued and well-cared for throughout their stay. Front Desk Agents deliver exceptional service while handling reservations, guest inquiries, payments, and other key front office tasks.
This seasonal position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Also great for college students and those going into Hospitality.

What You'll Do
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
Check guests in by confirming reservation details, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
Verify and process payments, including credit card authorizations and cash deposits
Provide concierge support by answering questions about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
Direct guests to their room locations and explain property layout
Receive and transmit guest messages, mail, packages, and other communications
Maintain accurate front desk records by entering guest and room data
Handle check-outs, final billing, and secure payments efficiently
Make resort or activity reservations as requested by guests
Assist with lost and found items and communicate with housekeeping or other departments when needed
Support team efforts and complete tasks as assigned, including special duties as directed by management
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
High School diploma or equivalent (students encouraged to apply)
Weekend availability required
Physical Requirements
Sit and/or stand for extended periods
Lift up to 10 lbs as needed
