Housekeeper Position

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.
What Sets Us Apart:
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
Valid license and vehicle required. Travel to multiple properties.
