About the Role
Our Bethlehem, PA, location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and specializes in coffee extract and flavorings created for Kerry products and customers! 5000 Township Line Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18017 Pay Rate/Hourly Rate/shift differential Range $22 - $32/hr. depend on experience and skills Shift/Working Hours Office Time, 8AM - 4PM
Position Summary
The Assistant Office Management supports daily operations at the manufacturing facility by managing administrative processes, coordinating site services, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role serves as the central point of contact for facility operations, employee support, vendor coordination, and documentation management. The Site Administrator helps maintain an efficient, safe, and compliant workplace environment while supporting leadership and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office and facility administrative functions Maintain site records Coordinate meetings Prepare reports Support production leadership with data entry, work order updates, and tracking of operational KPIs. Maintain documentation Assist with coordinating equipment maintenance schedules and service vendor visits. Partner with EHS teams to support safety initiatives Manage onboarding materials for new employees Support audits Serve as primary point of contact for site inquiries Manage visitor logs, site tours, and required access protocols. Support HR Employee engagement events Coordinate with external vendors for facility services Requisitions Ensure facility issues are reported and resolved promptly. Oversee ordering, budgeting, and inventory tracking for office and manufacturing supplies. Oversee Uniforms
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of administrative, office management, or operations support experience; manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) or similar tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
