Full-time Day Shift, 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Summary
Responsible for providing secretarial/assistant support to the department director.
Other Information
Demonstrate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Quicken, DataBase, Clinical Reference, and other task related programs. Demonstrate interpersonal relationship skills. Organizational skills in resource setting, grant or other funding development with research and grant writing experience. Ability to coordinate programs and supervise volunteer and/or preceptor activity.
Education with Equivalent Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years college preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications
Three years of secretarial experience preferably in health care or educational setting.
