Stretch Therapist (Flexologist)
StretchLab is leading in one‑on‑one assisted stretching, seeking personal trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a modality that is redefining the fitness industry.
Overview
Our Flexologists provide one‑on‑one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes built on StretchLab’s proprietary flexologist training, ensuring a world‑class stretching session.
Responsibilities
Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Build and retain StretchLab membership via sales
Manage client care, including booking weekly recurring appointments and updating client notes
Ensure safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and company safety rules
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns and assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales
Maintain strong social media presence for client membership and retention
Clean and maintain all equipment; keep studio clean and tidy
Qualifications
Love of boutique fitness and passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility is a must
Preferred background: massage therapist, personal trainer, physical therapist, Pilates or yoga instructor
Experience in a fitness/health environment with hands‑on training
Fitness certification required
Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for all people
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Professional work ethic, reliability, adherence to attendance policies
Availability to complete a 3‑day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in‑person/hands‑on training
