Job Summary/Basic Function
Serve as part of a team that provides immediate support, follow-up, and care coordination for students of concern or in crisis. Responsible for providing one‑on‑one student support and case management; crisis management support; and coordinate care between internal and external University partners to assist students with their overall personal and academic success. Record management and outreach programs will be essential components of the position. The position will require work outside the normal business hours.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Required Related Experience
One (1) year of related experience.
Desirable Related Experience
NABITA training or similar.
