Overview
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager who will support satellite and aerospace programs. The individual will act as a technical liaison with vendors and will oversee all phases of the program budget. The role involves preparing staffing plans, including determining the necessary skill and labor mix to support contract operations, as well as monitoring contracts, subcontracts, and funding. The Program Manager will also prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
Responsibilities
Support and facilitate new business and organic growth opportunities.
Act as a technical liaison with vendors.
Manage all phases of the program budget.
Prepare staffing plans, including determining the skill and labor mix necessary to support contract operations.
Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding.
Prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of project management experience.
Proficiency in scheduling and managing satellite programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office and manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
