As the Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations of an on‑floor retail store, serving as a coach, mentor, and brand ambassador who delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently achieve sales plans and company objectives.
Develop the store’s strategic plan to reach financial results and drive sales.
Lead by example, coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance performance.
Maintain a 100% presence on the sales floor to ensure continuous customer engagement.
Build strong customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and uphold brand standards.
Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures, maintaining brand integrity.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous leadership experience of 2+ years.
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
Detail‑oriented and capable of critical thinking to ensure operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service and/or retail experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $70,303.87 – $79,322.83. Additional compensation may include a bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
