What We're Looking For
The HSSC Therapist will positively engage with clients while building trust and rapport. Assist in developing specialized treatment tailored to each client's needs and goals using treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment approaches. The ideal therapist is a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for helping others during difficult times. Must have excellent listening and communication skills, specialized treatment approaches, interpersonal skills, and zeal for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Able to work with our supportive team producing collaborative care.

Essential Functions
The Therapist uses different therapy modalities to provide hope, help, and healing through the completion of treatment. At Highland Springs Specialty Clinic we promote a healthy work environment with realistic caseloads and sessions per week. HSSC is a commercial insurance and private pay clinic.

Supportive staff that handles all your credentialing, scheduling, billing, new client caseload, office needs, etc.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College.

Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC.

2+ years’ experience in social services.

2+ years of experience providing customer service.

Must be licensed, or willing to get licensure, in the State of Idaho.
