Responsibilities
Lead and manage all installation personnel
Schedule and dispatch installation crews efficiently
Coordinate purchasing, delivery, and staging of equipment and materials
Conduct on‑site visits to provide guidance, instruction, and quality control
Develop, implement, and maintain installation operating procedures
Host weekly meetings to promote open communication and reinforce company goals, policies, and safety standards
Ensure installation vehicles are properly stocked, maintained, and clean
Onboard and train new installers and apprentices
Participate in hiring decisions and conduct regular performance evaluations
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of HVAC installation experience
At least 5 years of HVAC management or leadership experience
Proven ability to set priorities and manage timelines effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with solid computer and administrative skills
