Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities include:
Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
Medication administration
Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
Registered Nurse (RN) QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
CPR Certification required
One Year prior nursing experience preferred
