Junior High Girls Volleyball Head Coach

Thales Academy is a private school dedicated to developing classical thinkers by preparing our students to become well‑rounded citizens eager to transform a global society. Thales Academy Athletics is a lively, ever‑evolving program that competes at the state level in the NCISAA and is a member of the Raleigh Area Athletic Conference.

We are currently searching for qualified coaching candidates to lead our Junior High Girls Volleyball Team.

Volleyball is a fall sport which will run from late July to late October.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Conduct tryouts for the team

Create plans for all practices and games

Manage game decisions, playing time, and provide feedback to players and parents

Consistently communicate with the Athletic Director, players, and parents

Provide instruction and developmental skills to the student in relation to the assigned sport

Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of student‑athletes involved so that they are successfully competitive.

Compensation

Head Coach: $2,000

As a part‑time, non‑contract position with Thales Academy, this employment does not include any benefits package.
