Job Duty Description
Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of MQT programs for NAVSPECWARCOM N887.
Instruct classroom, simulation-based, and hands-on UxS training.
Design, validate, and maintain curricula, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
Coordinate training logistics and support training execution.
Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements that enhance mission readiness and effectiveness.
Required Skills / Experience
Minimum 5 years of combined experience operating, maintaining, and instructing on UxS platforms, with experience across all three disciplines.
Current BLS-AED and CPR certification required.
Must understand CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and DoD instructional systems design models.
Experience with UxS training simulation software is highly desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical/problem-solving ability.
NSW experience highly desired.
If prior military, must have an honorable discharge and no loss of applied specialization.
