SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security. Position is contingent on award.

Responsibilities
Support NAVSPECWARCOM N37 training development, simulation exercises, parts procurement, and personnel coordination.
Contribute to the design and delivery of UxS training programs.
Support logistical planning for training activities and events.
Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements that enhance readiness and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
supporting operational missions involving UxS.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
Understanding of airspace regulations and UAS-related FAA procedures.
FAA Part 107
certification required, or ability to obtain within
6 months
of Task Order start.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical/problem-solving ability.
NSW experience highly desired .
If prior military, must have an honorable discharge and no loss of applied specialization.
