Hire and build a team that can engage customers, recommend product, and close
Coach on the floor in real time. Improve behavior while it’s happening
Maintain a store that is clean, organized, and ready at all times
Own inventory flow and daily operations without gaps
Qualifications
2+ years leading in retail or a customer-facing environment
Proven ability to drive sales and improve team performance
Strong presence on the floor and ability to coach in the moment
Clear, confident approach to customer interaction and service
