is seeking an experienced
Construction Project Engineer
to join our team in
Hermiston, Oregon .
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget construction projects. You will support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination, technical oversight, and problem-solving across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
Track project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries
Perform takeoffs, quantity calculations, and cost analysis (including site utilities, concrete, and specialty systems)
Assist with permitting, inspections, and closeout documentation
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
2–5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer on multifamily, commercial, or residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling (MS Project), Excel, and Bluebeam
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time in Hermiston, OR
