Garver is seeking a talented
Aviation Construction Manager
to join our growing
Aviation
team in
Denver . This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‑impact projects for airline clients. As a Construction Manager, you’ll lead Owner’s Rep, Construction, and Airline‑related projects, supporting a wide range of aviation planning and client management services. You’ll collaborate directly with airlines and airport stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
Support design and construction administration for one or multiple aviation clients.
Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
Conduct site walkthroughs and track contractor progress.
Coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across project phases.
Prepare client deliverables including reports, memos, and briefings.
Attend pre‑qualification and bid evaluation processes.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in airport or commercial construction projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI).
Willingness to travel (up to 10%) with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with airports, airport operations, or airlines.
Familiarity with project/construction management platforms.
Aviation‑related experience (e.g., licensed pilot).
Delivery of construction projects under alternative delivery methods (CMAR, DB, PDB, etc.).
Projected Compensation Range: (130,000-150,000+)
