Job Description Summary
Assists the Slot Relief Shift Manager with the scheduling, training, and overseeing of the Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers in an assigned section of the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other Duties May Be Assigned)
Provides excellent customer service.
Responsible for all related gaming machine and guest service issues.
Assists with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions of Slot Department personnel.
Supervises the Slot Operation of the Casino floor, gaming machines, customer service, and assigned Slot Department personnel.
Adheres to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering Program (AMLP) and its requirements, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements.
Oversees the activity of Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers where assigned.
Issues complimentary services per internal control authorizations.
Approves slot machine payoffs in assigned area and key over Slot Jackpots.
Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events.
Stays informed of current industry trends.
Performs the duties of a Slot Attendant as required.
Complies with all applicable Tribal Regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education And/Or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of strong customer service experience and six months or more of previous Slot experience. Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications. Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base. Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to serve both internal and external customers. Ability to maintain high confidentiality. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Must be able to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/work station during the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will increase when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including, but not limited to, a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi-line telephone.
