Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Critical Care RN to join our team. This role involves providing specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents facing life‑threatening conditions.
Schedule: 3x12 hr shifts, rotating 7:00‑19:00 and 19:00‑7:00.
We care for med‑surgical, step‑down, and critical care level pediatric patients on the same integrated floor.

Responsibilities
Act as a practitioner, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
Utilize critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, adjusting care or escalating as needed.
Advocate for patients and families, upholding the ANA Code of Ethics and ensuring informed consent.
Seek and act on feedback to improve performance.
Participate in governance of nursing practice.
Manage interpersonal relationships, mentor colleagues, and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
Prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes.
Search for and apply current evidence and standards; contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence‑based practice.
Communicate effectively in all practice areas.
Partner with others to effect positive change through knowledge exchange.
Precept students, externs, residents, and experienced clinical nurses.
Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (required).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications
Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
BLS certificate required upon hire.
PALS certificate required within 6 months of hire.

Pay Range: $42.25 per hour – $59.50 per hour.
FTE / Hours per pay period: 0.90 – 36 hours per week.
