is currently seeking to hire a Full‑Time Occupational Therapist Assistant to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

What does a Transitions at Home Occupational Therapist Assistant do?
An Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides occupational therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
Hours:
32-40 hours per week 8:00 am - 4:30pm
Monday through Friday
No Holidays

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist Assistant License
Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
CPR Certification
A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
