We are seek to hire people who possess strong communication skills, have an understanding or foundation in data, analytics and media, have a desire to work with senior executives at some of the world’s leading companies, and possess an ability to work with Ipsos MMA data science teams to help translate technical outputs into meaningful value‑based recommendations for these clients.

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Coach to join our team, focused on elevating the consulting and commercial capabilities of our analytics organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and coaching talent across all levels in the areas of consultative selling, client engagement, people management, and executive‑level presentation skills.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of coaching expertise, consulting experience, and a deep understanding of how analytics‑driven organizations deliver value to clients. They will understand how to develop more junior resources while at the same time working to develop coaching and feedback skills for more senior personnel. They will partner closely with senior leadership and client‑facing teams to build skills that directly impact revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Capability Building

Deliver 1:1 and group coaching to analysts, consultants, managers, and senior leaders on:

Consultative selling and influencing skills

Client relationship management and stakeholder navigation

Executive communication and presentation delivery

Observe client meetings and presentations, providing structured, actionable feedback

Learning Program Design & Delivery

Design and facilitate high‑impact training programs focused on:

Consulting fundamentals and structured problem solving

Commercial acumen and revenue‑driving behaviours

Storytelling with data and analytics‑driven insights

Develop scalable learning journeys for different career stages (analysts through senior leaders)

Partner with commercial and account teams to embed consultative sales methodologies

Coach teams on opportunity framing, value articulation, and closing strategies

Support key pitches and proposals with coaching on messaging and delivery

People Management Development

Equip managers with tools and frameworks to lead high‑performing teams

Coach leaders on feedback, performance management, and team development

Support leadership development initiatives across the organization

Elevate the quality and impact of client‑facing deliverables and presentations

Coach teams on executive presence, narrative structure, and visual storytelling

Partner on high‑stakes client presentations and business reviews

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and business leads to identify capability gaps

Align learning initiatives to business priorities and client outcomes

Measure and track impact of coaching and training programs

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in consulting, learning & development, or corporate coaching

Strong background in analytics consulting, professional services, or a related field

Proven experience in consultative sales and client engagement

Demonstrated success coaching mid‑to‑senior level professionals

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders

Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs

Preferred Experience

Background in analytics, data, or insights‑driven organizations

Experience supporting or working within consulting firms

Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF or equivalent) is a plus

Familiarity with how to mine data to create value

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non‑discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
