TRAINING SPECIALIST SENIOR

As a Training Specialist Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer's mission. You will play a crucial role in training highly specialized teams with a critical national security mission.
Responsibilities
Provide support for classified operational training courses for highly specialized staffs to ensure training objectives meet mission performance requirements.
Conduct analysis, design, develop, review, revise, coordinate, produce, evaluate, and maintain course instructional materials.
Formally publish schedule and instructor assignments to students and instructors prior to course convening.
Review all course modules and materials and make recommendations for changes based on the previous year’s policy, operational SOP revisions, and performance gaps.
Coordinate and develop schedules, agendas, presentations, and handouts in support of recurring Executive Training Boards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience in training within the military or broader national security field.
Security clearance level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
U.S. citizenship required.
Proven experience in training highly specialized teams for critical national security missions.

The likely salary range for this position is $99,450 – $134,550. Salary may vary based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
