MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Customer Service Specialist II, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a Federal grantmaking agency. You will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's grants management systems, providing technical assistance to agency staff, contractors, grant applicants and awardees. Support users with technical issues and questions Collaborate with IT team to research problems and recommend changes to the user interface and underlying workflows to better serve key stakeholders WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your customer service expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $17.85 - $24.15. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
