What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers

Handle product orders, service issues, and account inquiries

Educate patients and customers on products, usage, and delivery timelines

Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with urgency and professionalism

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems

Partner with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure a seamless experience

Monitor open orders and backorders, ensuring timely follow-up and fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience

Experience handling high-volume calls, emails, and/or chats

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM or EMR systems preferred

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required

Moderate noise (calls, meetings, computer audio)

Extended time working at a computer
