Your Role
We are seeking a
reliable, long-term Customer Service Specialist
to join our Clearwater team. This role is ideal for someone who values
stability, consistency, and building a career
in a structured healthcare environment.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers-ensuring accurate order management and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for patients, clinics, and providers regarding orders and account inquiries
Educate customers on medical products, insurance considerations, and delivery timelines
Process and track orders while supporting internal teams
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/EMR systems
What We're Looking For
2+ years of customer service experience with at least 1-2 years in a single role (required)
Proven track record of
job stability and reliability
Experience in a
high-volume call center or healthcare environment preferred
BILINGUAL SPANISH
Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
