Support, mentor, and lead a highly motivated team that strives to improve and find the best ways to complete projects
Prepare sites for new schools, apartment buildings, roads, subdivisions, infrastructure rebuilds, and warehouses up to 200Ksq ft from $400K - $4M
Directsuccessful projects by ensuring your team has the necessary resources and is aligned on deliverables
With new equipment and modern tech,deliver high-quality, design-accurate work
Be the reason your crew goes home to their families each day by prioritizing safety above all else
Work alongside a highly skilled team committed to helping you succeed and grow
Keep your evenings and weekends free, working in thegreater Hartford area (within 1 hour of Ellington)
What You Bring
6+ years of experience in heavy civil, preferablycommercial site work, excavation,orunderground utilities
2+ years as a Foreman
You turn man-hours into measurable progress, avoidwastinglabor on the wrong tasks, and knowwhen to push harder vs when it’s smarter to regroup
You know your way arounddrawings, equipment, andGPS
You value culture over ego and aren'tafraid to roll up your sleeves to teach and earn the crew’s respect
Even Better (but not required)
You've gotten your boots dirty in the field, working your way up from Laborer, and have builta deep understanding of each role's significance and challenges.
