Night Shift Schedule (Required)
Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Overtime as needed on Fridays: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (NOTE: This position requires flexibility to work extended hours and overtime based on production needs.)
UTEX Industries is seeking a motivated Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. This role supervises employees, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Oversee nightly production and meet output targets
Supervise, coach, and develop production employees
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Troubleshoot production issues and improve processes
Track performance and maintain production reports
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years manufacturing experience
1–3+ years leadership experience
Experience with Lean/continuous improvement is a plus
Work Environment
You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand.
