A manufacturer in southern Wisconsin is hiring a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations on an overnight shift in a fast-paced plant environment.
This role needs a supervisor, not a lead. The right person can hold people accountable, make sound decisions during the shift, and keep production moving safely and efficiently without constant support from management.
Schedule
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Sunday through Thursday
Friday night or Saturday overtime may be required
What you’ll do
Lead hourly production employees on the night shift
Drive safe, efficient shift performance and maintain expectations on the floor
Monitor staffing, scheduling, production flow, and coverage
Address employee issues directly and elevate when needed
Support training, shift handoff, and daily communication with plant leadership
Help maintain compliance with plant procedures, quality standards, and workplace rules
What we’re looking for
Previous supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong judgment, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to manage performance and handle conflict directly
Comfortable working nights in a hands-on plant leadership role
High school diploma or equivalent required
This role is best suited for someone who can bring structure to a shift, set the tone for the team, and lead with firmness when needed.
