RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Manager overseeing and coordinating multiple workstreams supporting guest-facing technology platforms for a client in Orlando, FL. Requires strong onsite presence and collaboration (4 days per week in Orlando).
Highly execution-focused role that steps in quickly, takes ownership, and proactively drives timelines, delivery, and issue resolution with minimal ramp‑up. Not a single-project role: responsible for tracking, coordinating, and driving delivery across a broad portfolio of digital and operational initiatives tied to guest experiences (e.g., mobile applications, validation systems, guest services technology). Attractions are excluded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own day‑to‑day program tracking across multiple initiatives using Jira.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
Monitor Jira data to assess status, risks, and dependencies.
Proactively identify roadblocks, delays, and delivery risks and raise red flags early.
Drive accountability to ensure deliverables are completed on time and support go‑live dates.
Lead and participate in recurring meetings to gather updates and align teams.
Speak up when work is off track and help drive corrective action.
Coordinate across cross‑functional teams with varying personalities and priorities.
Ensure processes are followed and improved where needed.
Operate with autonomy and own processes with little supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
5–7 years of experience as a Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Senior Project Manager.
Strong hands‑on Jira experience (daily usage required).
Proven ability to track complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong understanding of delivery timelines, dependencies, and go‑live readiness.
Ability to analyze data and status dashboards to assess true project health.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge timelines and assumptions.
Leadership mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience supporting consumer‑facing or guest-facing technology.
Exposure to both software and hardware delivery initiatives.
Background working in environments with minimal ramp‑up time or limited documentation.
Familiarity with Agile or scaled Agile frameworks.
PAYMENT & BENEFITS
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
