Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of public works construction projects from inception to completion, managing budget, timeline, and scope, and providing project updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the project life cycle including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change.

Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel during all project phases.

Oversee procurement process and coordinate material and resources allocation.

Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.

Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of trends and industry news.

Qualifications

5–15 years of public works construction experience.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Experience in project management from conception to delivery.

Solid knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.

Team player with leadership abilities.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
