
Operations Manager (1099)

We are hiring for a detail-oriented 1099 Hybrid Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida to oversee the daily logistics and expansion of asset portfolio for client. This role focuses on administrative procurement, active marketing, and operational oversight to ensure high utilization and protection of company property.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative Procurement: Research, purchase, and manage specialized insurance and protection plans or Asset. Ensure all documentation is filed and distributed to relevant parties immediately.
Active Marketing: Create and manage high-quality listings on major digital platforms. Maintain high responsiveness to inquiries to convert leads and maintain portfolio occupancy.
Asset Oversight: Conduct weekly physical inspections to ensure the integrity and safety of company property. Coordinate necessary maintenance and cleaning.
Documentation & Records: Maintain an organized cloud repository (Google Drive) for all contracts, service records, and photographic evidence of asset condition.
Client Coordination: Manage renter vetting, agreement execution, and physical handoffs. Enforce company policies and document any violations for penalty enforcement.
Compensation
$15/hr per task assigned + 10% commission monthly on assets managed
Car insurance (vehicle not provided)
Requirements
No degree or experience required
Valid and active Florida Driver’s License (Class E or higher) with not DUIs, or violations in the last 3-5years
