Overview
Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth across commercial sectors in a major metro market for a growing, high-end restoration company. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, well-connected professional with a strong book of business and a proven track record in restoration or related industries.
Qualifications
10+ years of business development experience (restoration or related industry preferred).
Active book of business within commercial sectors (property management, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, etc.).
Strong relationships with adjusters, property managers, and facility directors.
Proven success closing large commercial deals.
Highly self-motivated; thrives in a hands-off environment.
Professional presence; able to represent a high-end brand.
Bilingual is a plus.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships across key commercial sectors.
Generate new business and secure large-loss restoration projects.
Serve as primary client contact from initial engagement through project kickoff.
Network with adjusters, property managers, and industry organizations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project handoff.
Drive revenue through mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.
Represent the company through events, meetings, and marketing efforts.
Compensation & Benefits
Strong base salary plus uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
Commission opportunities on both mitigation and reconstruction projects
