Role Description
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. The role involves developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing sourcing strategies, and conducting detailed market and supplier analysis to ensure quality and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, Texas.
Qualifications
Expertise in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisitions
Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Strong Analytical Skills to analyze market trends, assess supplier performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in procurement or ERP software is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles preferred
