Role Overview
Manager, Self‑Care Procurement – the Demand Manager for Self Care within the cold, cough, flu season (CCFS) domain. The role reports to the Director of Self Care EM Procurement NA and is located in Summit, New Jersey, North America. It is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end‑to‑end demand and supply planning processes for Self Care products within the CCFS domain, ensuring optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Innovate, develop, and implement predictive analytics models and compliant planning systems to forecast demand trends, optimize resource allocation, minimize supply chain disruptions, and maintain alignment with corporate policies and regional requirements.
Lead cross‑functional teams to design, refine, and execute demand planning and supply chain processes that enhance responsiveness, agility, and strategic resolution of complex challenges in a dynamic market environment.
Develop, maintain, and nurture robust stakeholder engagement frameworks and strong partnerships with key suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional areas to translate market insights into actionable demand and supply strategies.
Manage, mentor, and supervise regional demand planning teams and master data management activities to ensure accurate statistical forecasting, supply planning accuracy, and integrity across all product categories.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating emerging technologies, data‑driven approaches, and strategic projects such as minimum order quantity reduction, lead time improvements, and synchronization to reduce forecast errors and enhance customer service levels.
Oversee inventory management strategies including safety stock optimization to maximize capital efficiency and proactively address potential disruptions through preparation and presentation of supply plans and inventory coverage reports to senior management.
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing plants to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and support for new product development and network projects through supply chain insights and scenario simulations.
Travel as necessary to support regional and international supply chain operations and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in demand and supply planning within complex supply chain environments.
Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including RCCP, MPS, MRP, and constrained planning methodologies.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional and regional teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
Desired Qualifications
Strong foundation in data analytics and forecasting techniques.
Proven expertise in leveraging advanced analytical tools and software to predict and influence demand patterns effectively.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire cross‑functional collaboration and foster a culture of innovation.

Demonstrated financial acumen and project management capabilities to drive supply chain initiatives.

Ability to independently develop and implement innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
Strong problem‑solving aptitude with a creative mindset to navigate challenges and implement forward‑thinking demand strategies.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to support business needs and stakeholder collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary range: $124,100 – $175,200.
