Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Miami, FL. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintain work schedules. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving on-site challenges, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the project meets quality standards and deadlines. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, team supervision, and construction management.
Familiarity with project permitting, design coordination, and pre-development processes.
Knowledge of safety compliance, site inspections, and quality control practices.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Prior experience in managing real estate development projects is advantageous.
Ability to lead and resolve challenges on-site collaboratively and effectively.
