Freight Forwarder – Two-Year Development Program

About the Program
Participants receive two years of structured professional development focused on freight forwarding and logistics operations, and may earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on operational tasks in freight forwarding.
Assist with air and sea shipment planning, documentation, and carrier coordination.
Collaborate across logistics functions and support transaction processing.
Participate in mentorship sessions and structured learning modules.
Contribute to performance evaluations and program assessment.
Qualifications
No prior experience required.
Recent graduate status (or equivalent recent education).
Strong drive, talent, and enjoyment of responsibility.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Willingness to work on‑site in Iselin; remote work not available.
Compensation
Year 1: $24.04 /hour (≈$50,000 annually). Year 2: $25.00 /hour (≈$52,000 annually). Pay is non‑negotiable.
