Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Sugar Land, TX. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Modisoft’s products, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing enhancement. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing product features, gathering and analyzing market and user data, and driving the execution of product roadmaps to align with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
Experience with Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User Feedback Interpretation
Proficiency in Project Management, Agile or Scrum Methodologies, and Team Collaboration
Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
Familiarity with product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
Technical understanding of software or technology-driven products
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus)
Prior experience in retail, convenience stores, or POS systems is beneficial
Prior experience in Product Management is preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel for business or customer needs.
