Job Description
The Instructional Specialist is responsible for providing job‑embedded professional development for teachers in all subject areas. The role supports a proven track record of positive student growth and includes full benefits.
Responsibilities
include:
Design and deliver professional development aligned with school instructional priorities.
Facilitate collaborative planning sessions to improve instruction and student achievement.
Integrate instructional technology to enhance learning.
Model a growth mindset, high expectations, and inclusive instruction for all students.
Qualifications :
Master's degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience.
Current valid educator license with appropriate endorsement.
Evidence of demonstrated student growth and instructional effectiveness.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Successful background/fingerprint check and meet health and physical requirements.
